Flash is a clinical memory and patient-management product designed for clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare practitioners in India. It helps you record, recall, and manage patient information so your team can spend less time searching for records and more time delivering care.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Flash platform, website, and related services. By using Flash, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You may use Flash only if you are authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your clinic or hospital. By registering an account or continuing to use Flash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Flash or create an account.

3. Permitted Use and Account Security

Flash is intended for lawful clinical and administrative use only. You agree to:

• provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date;
• keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised users;
• use Flash only for the benefit of your registered healthcare practice;
• comply with applicable Indian healthcare laws, data-protection obligations, and professional ethics.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Flash may use artificial intelligence to generate drafts, summaries, or suggestions based on the information you enter. These outputs are assistive only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

A qualified doctor or healthcare professional must always review AI-generated content, exercise independent clinical judgment, and make the final decision about patient care. Flash does not replace the professional responsibility of the treating clinician.

5. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

Patient records and clinical data entered into Flash remain yours or your patient's, as required by applicable law and your professional obligations. We do not claim ownership of your clinical data.

Flash and its software, designs, trademarks, and underlying technology are owned by Flash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Flash without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Flash shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees, whichever is higher.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
