Request account & data deletion

If you have a Flash account and want your account and associated personal data removed, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. We will verify your identity and process eligible requests in line with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

When your request is approved, we delete or anonymise:

• Your user account (name, email, phone number, and login credentials)
• Staff profile and role assignments linked to your account
• Usage logs tied to your account

Patient records entered by your clinic are managed by the clinic as data fiduciary. If you are a patient seeking deletion of clinical records, please contact the clinic that treated you directly.

What we may retain

We may keep limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for other purposes.
