Flash tracks all of it inside the same system that runs the appointments: fees, receipts, and pending balances per patient, with no separate ledger to reconcile at night. Daily analytics show today's visits, payments, and activity, and medicine stock — if the clinic dispenses — comes with low-stock alerts. Flash works over the web, so it serves a single-room clinic in a small town as naturally as a multi-doctor practice in a metro. There is no hardware rollout and no local IT requirement beyond computers and an internet connection. The app itself is in English, and roles keep the split clean: reception manages patients, appointments, and payments, while clinical editing stays with doctors. India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and ABHA IDs are part of the national conversation on digital health records; Flash does not currently integrate with ABDM, and keeps its own complete, searchable patient record.
